Learn the rules of first aid
from 20.04 to 20.04
During a trip, at home or on the street, there may be a situation when someone needs our help! That’s why it’s worth knowing or remembering the rules of first aid! An opportunity to do this will be workshops that will take place in our Shopping Centre on Saturday, April 20th, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Free entrance.
Learn to give first aid
Under the supervision of paramedics, adults and children will learn how to behave if someone in our environment has an accident or loses consciousness, stops breathing or chokes.
Using professional phantoms, specialists will show the actions that need to be taken before professional medical help arrives to the person in need. The presenters will remind us that when we see a person in need of help, we should call the emergency number and then perform the actions we learned during the meeting.
In addition to learning first aid, adults will learn how to properly equip a first aid kit for home or for a family trip, they will receive first aid instructions, a guide on how to prepare for a trip and an ICE card where you can enter contact details of loved ones whom medical services can notify in the event of a situation. when something happens to us. In turn, children will create works in a special art corner that will help them remember the information they have learned.
Each participant will be able to check what shape his body is in. Using a body composition analyser, which is similar to a scale, you will be able to find out what percentage of our cells are fat, what the mass of bones and muscles is, and how our metabolism works.
Get ready for an active holiday
Spring weather encourages active recreation and trips to the forest or mountains. During the meeting, you will be able to learn how to properly prepare for such an expedition so that it leaves only pleasant memories. The presenters will tell you how to put together your clothes and how to prepare for unexpected circumstances, for example an overnight stay in the forest.
A real attraction will be Virtual Reality glasses, which will allow you to see what an ambulance ride through the city or a trip to the great outdoors looks like.
You will be able to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the meeting by watching the educational exhibition in our arcade.
We encourage you to participate in the meeting!
